As an Essential Healthcare Provider, our office remains open in an effort to alleviate the burden on area Hospitals and Emergency rooms, .

Our hyper-clean urgent care facility is the ideal location for Houston’s older residents to obtain affordable emergency dental care.

In short, urgent dental care focuses on the management of conditions that require immediate attention to relieve severe pain and/or risk of infection and to alleviate the burden on hospital emergency departments.

This includes anyone suffering from or needing any of the following…

• Severe dental pain
• Immediate tooth extractions
• Immediate dentures or partial denture
• Abscess, or localized bacterial infection resulting in localized pain and swelling
• Tooth fracture resulting in pain or causing soft tissue trauma
• Dental trauma
• Extensive dental caries or defective restorations causing pain
• Denture adjustments or repairs when function is impeded

I have provided answers to the questions you may have regarding how we are managing our practice and patients.

What are your office hours?
Unless otherwise posted, we are open during our regular office hours; M-F 9am-5pm and by appointment on alternating Saturdays.

Are we taking new patients?
We are open to receive both new and existing patients provided they are not experiencing symptoms related to the Coronavirus and have not had such symptoms for a period of 14 days.

What steps are you taking to clean and sterilize the offices?
Be assured that our standard cleaning practices far exceed those mandated by state and federal guidelines, including the elimination of all infectious viruses and bacteria….and COVID-19 is no exception.

In addition, we are taking extra measures to protect you, including double wiping treatment areas and common counter tops, door handles and restrooms after each patient.

What steps are we taking to minimize your reduce time in our waiting room?

We request that each patient call us upon arrival and we will let you know when your treatment room is completely disinfected and ready for you.

You are welcome to wait in the comfort of your car. We will call or text you when ready and escort you directly to your chair.

Please note: we are allowing extra time between appointments to implement additional sanitation and infection controls.

How are we managing the health of our staff?
Our entire dental team is under strict orders to monitor our own health and any potential symptoms of illness.

In the event that anyone from our dental team experiences any symptoms of illness, they agree not to come to work. Each team member further agrees to be tested for CORID-19 and self-quarantine as directed.

What services constitute urgent or emergency care?
Every situation is different so we encourage you to call and ask before assuming your condition is not urgent.

Services we WILL provide include tooth extractions for sick and painful teeth,  immediate dentures, immediate partial dentures, denture repairs, fabrication and adjustments when function is impaired.

Services we will not perform include dental crowns, cosmetic implants and regular cleanings.

Do you charge extra for emergency services?
Absolutely not! No emergency fees whatsoever!

During this time of uncertainty where people are dealing with fear of layoffs and protecting the health of themselves and their families, our doors are open to provide real help with no up-charge or strings attached.
